Send us an enquiry through our booking form with your dates and group size. We reply directly, usually within 24-48 hours. We confirm availability and rates, and take it from there.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as bank transfer. Payment details are confirmed with your booking.
Check-in arrangements are confirmed when your booking is finalised, including key collection and any late arrivals. Just tell us your travel plans in the enquiry form.
Not if you stay at our Kitanomine properties. The Yukiyama Apartment and Studio are a 5-minute walk from the gondola, with restaurants and a convenience store nearby. For the cottages and Bears House, a car or taxi is more convenient.
The Furano ski area typically opens from late November or early December and runs into early spring. For the deepest snow, January and February are the safest bet.
